Privacy Policy

ForzAdvisor is an unofficial racing-game tuning assistant. This policy explains how the current iPhone app handles information.

Information processed on device

ForzAdvisor can process car details you enter, tune settings, player notes, camera photos, imported screenshots, saved tune history, and optional validation records.

Camera photos and imported screenshots are processed on device with Apple Vision OCR. If you save a tune after using a photo or screenshot, the app may retain a small local thumbnail with that tune.

The app does not include or download a bundled car roster. Car identity and performance information used for a new tune comes from you.

Saved tunes, notes, thumbnails, preferences, and validation records stay on your device unless you explicitly share an eligible export through the iOS system share sheet.

Optional remote tune generation

Offline formula tuning is the default and requires no account or API key.

If you select Anthropic API mode and save your own API key, ForzAdvisor sends confirmed car details, the selected discipline, current tune details for adjustments, and relevant player notes to Anthropic to generate or refine a tune. Camera photos and imported screenshots are not sent by ForzAdvisor.

The API key is stored in the iOS Keychain. You can remove it from Settings at any time.

Optional Apple on-device model assistance is designed to run on the device and falls back to offline formulas when unavailable or unsuccessful.

User-initiated sharing

Some eligible workflows can prepare tune summaries, validation records, review packets, or deidentified structured JSON locally. Nothing is shared until you choose a destination in the iOS system share sheet.

ForzAdvisor does not operate the selected destination, record the destination, or maintain share history. Deleting a local record cannot recall a copy you already shared.

Do not include API keys, private screenshots, personal messages, or other sensitive information in public feedback.

Tracking, advertising, and analytics

ForzAdvisor:

• does not include advertising SDKs;
• does not include analytics SDKs;
• does not include a custom crash-reporting SDK;
• does not track you across apps or websites;
• does not sell personal information; and
• does not require a ForzAdvisor account.

Data retention and controls

Local information remains on your device until you delete the related saved tune or record, remove the API key, or uninstall the app. Available controls include:

• deleting saved tunes and their local thumbnails;
• deleting supported local validation and review records;
• clearing the optional Anthropic API key in Settings;
• disabling camera access in iOS Settings; and
• choosing not to grant photo or camera access and using manual entry instead.

ForzAdvisor cannot delete information that you independently sent to another app, person, or service.

Children

ForzAdvisor is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
