Data on your device

Mira may keep app settings, configured machine and endpoint information, route selections, conversations, and diagnostic state on your device as those features become available. Real endpoint data is user-owned and is not included in public code or demo fixtures.

Network requests

When you choose a configured endpoint, requests go directly from your device to that local, Tailscale, or cloud provider. Requests may contain prompts, chat context, attachments, model names, and settings needed for the selected workflow. Each provider handles that traffic under its own terms.

Developer collection

The current app does not route provider traffic through a developer-operated backend and does not include a developer analytics, advertising, or tracking service.

Deletion and changes

Removing the app removes app-local data managed by the operating system. Provider-side data is controlled by that provider. This policy will be updated before release if shipping behavior changes.
