Effective August 26, 2026. PocketDAW, formerly named Singer Keepers, is developed by Michael Williams as a local-first vocal production and lyric-writing app. The rename does not change the app’s bundle identity, project storage, or privacy practices.

Data collection

The developer does not collect data from PocketDAW. The app contains no advertising, tracking, analytics, developer-operated account, cloud-sync service, or third-party crash-reporting SDK.

Projects, audio, lyrics, and permissions

Projects, imported media, recorded audio, lyrics, settings, analysis results, and exported files are stored on your device or in locations you explicitly choose through Apple’s file picker. Microphone access is used only for recording that you start. File access is used for imports and exports that you choose. You can delete projects in the app, remove exported files in Files, or remove the app and its local container through iOS or iPadOS.

Optional LM Studio connection

You may configure an LM Studio server that you control on your local network. PocketDAW validates the endpoint and asks for per-request approval before sending a typed mix-advice request. That request may include an opaque project identifier and revision, sample rate, editable track and bus parameters, measurements, goals, and omission facts. It does not include raw audio, lyrics, project or track names, file paths, or media bytes. Any optional bearer token is held in memory for the request. Data sent to your server is handled by you and by the LM Studio software you operate; it is not received by the PocketDAW developer.

Children

PocketDAW is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
